Question are you a crier? will you shed tears on the first day of pre-k or kindergarten?

I have to say I'm not a crier. I look at it as a new adventure. Are you a crier?

When my oldest started kindergarten I cried that night in the shower. I might be teary eyed, but I won't cry in front of her because I don't want her upset.

I cried when our oldest DS started kindy.

Didn't cry when our 2 DDs started.

I'll definitely cry when our youngest DS, and last child, starts kindy.

Unlike our oldest 3 children, I've been home with him since he was born. It's going to be really tough.

I don't think I did with the first 3, but I think I will with my youngest. I think she might cry. Well, actually we are supposed to bring them the first day and stay all day with them, so I think that will help her. She is terrified of the school bus, and I can't take her to and from school everyday.

Oh yeah I am a big time crier. Our PTA sponsored a "cryin', love em and leave em hour" on the first day of school. They noticed how even after the kids had gone to their classrooms parents still hung out, so they started having coffee and donuts in the cafeteria. All the moms could cry together, and then laugh at how silly we were being.

Not in front of him, but I am sure I will probably cry when DS starts K. I get teary eyed now even thinking about how fast he is growing up.. I am a crier, though. I remember getting misty eyed even when I saw the neighbor's kid starting K (I saw them outside taking pictures and waiting for the bus together)!!
