One of our local supermarkets has done this since I was little. They make like a big cut out cookie and make the frosting to look like sesame street characters. I used to buy them for my nephew all the time he loved them (dh does too lol!) Or they have a cookie passport where you come in with your child and they get a free chocolate chip or monster cookie.

Publix gives free cookies, chocolate chip or sugar to the kids and they are yummy.
