Usually not but this year I got the girls matching outfits to wear for Thanksgiving. My MIL is finally out of the rehab center and is back at home. My SIL is going to cook Thanksgiving dinner there. She has not seen the little one since April so I am going to doll them up. I got them the cutest matching sweater dresses at Target. My little one (2) is so big. I have her in a girls XS and my older girl (7) in a small.

I do usually have them in something new for Christmas, although I don't match them up. We dress up pretty often so they always have something nice to wear, but for some reason it seems like everyone ought to have a special outfit to wear for Christmas.

I get them a special holiday outfit for each major holiday like Easter, Xmas, etc. I try my best to match or at least coordinate them. However, I normally but the outfits after the holiday for the next year to save some money. I do try to make it something they can wear at other times as well.
