I never thought I'd worry about sending my oldest son off to a Mom's Day Out program! He just turned 4 and we decided to hold him back a year so he'll be old for his age and he starts a Mom's Day Out program next Tuesday!

I was SO excited for him and he's excited too! THEN I took him to an open house a couple of days ago at his school! He felt right at home, introduced himself to everyone he met... he's getting so big. We ended up staying the whole hour and I had to bribe him to get him to leave!

BUT, while I was sitting there watching him play with another little boy who will be in his class I started to worry... What if he doesn't make friends? What if someone picks on him? What if he gets scared? What if... What if...

I really am excited for him and he can't wait, but what if...? Did you all worry too? Am I the only one????

Well you're not the only one. Wyatt just turned four on Aug 18th and he starts preschool on Tuesday. He has been with me the last four years. When i have had to work he has gone with me. So this is his first time going out on his own. He did go to VBS this past summer and he had a blast. I know he'll be fine in preschool but i do worry about him listening and making friends and etc.......so the what ifs have popped into my head too.

I worry too. My little girl starts pre-school on Tuesday, though I've sent her to the daycare that she will be attending, one morning a week for the past three weeks. It's tough - kids can be so mean! And I know the teachers, though very nice, won't love her like I do. And on and on. I also wish the pre-school was only two mornings a week instead of three. I worry she may get too tired.

See! You're not the only one who is worried!
