After that for about 1-2 weeks, there were a lot of tears and "I don't want to go" when we dropped him off. But, I didn't stay longer, just gave him hugs & kisses, reminded him that I'd be back in 2 hours, and left. It was hard (I was in tears one day, and his teacher had to reassure me that I was doing the right thing!). Once he got used to it, he was fine, and would run back to the classroom when it was time for it to start. So, give him a little while to adjust, and he'll get used to it. Good luck.
