My 2 and 3 year old love the books from Golden Books "If you see a Mouse" Series. If You See A Mouse

There are 4 different books in the series.

What books do your kids like?

My little one is 3 and she is into the Magic Castle series, by Jane Belk Moncure. There is a book for every letter of the alphabet and then 25 books on manners, health, math, ect! It is a great series!

She also likes "going on a bear hunt"... that is so cute

My DD's LOVEs the Magic Castle series too! They are WONDERFULLY illustrated and DD2 loves any book that does things with the ABC's. I, myself, like the manners book! Cannot read about that enough in this house..DD1's favorite is Butterfly express- she loves it!

My dd loves books! She would rather sit and read books and look at pictures than play with toys! Great yes, but sometimes I worry! She has a number of Books she loves right now. She loves Richard Scarry Books, the books about the different states (ex. "H is for Hoosier" (Indiana), "O is for Old Dominion" (Virginia) and we always get them from the library when we are going to visit family etc.), Fancy Nancy books (these are hysterical by the way), If you give a mouse a cookie or If you give a pig a pancake, Bad Dog Marley, anything about Disney Princesses, Good thing you are not an Octopus, Skippy John Jones and Click Clack Moo cows that Type. We have a blast getting books from the library or going to yard sales etc. where you can pick up some great books for next to nothing. Every night we leave a stack of books with her on her bed and at naptime and she reads until she falls asleep. Books are such a good way to calm kids down!!

My boys loved everything Dr. Seuss and Barney.

Emily's favorites are The Itsy Bitsy Spider and The Completed Hickory Dickory Dock (I don't know the authors off-hand.).

I have yet to find an age appropriate book that they didn't like. DD really likes the reader books level 1 and pre-level 1. She "reads" them all the time to anyone who will listen.
