I took my daughter today to the doctor about her night terrors, and the doctor reccommended 1 mg of Melatonin from the health food store. So far so good on it.shes been in bed over an hour and no terror. this is definanatly a HUGE step for us. I would reccommed all of you who have child that have them to ask your drs about this. its 100% natural, and its very cheap as well!

Thanks for the information. My daughter has been doing ok lately. There for awhile, she was having them so bad. I felt so bad for her. She was afraid to go to sleep at night. I will keep this in mind if I think she is having problems again. Typically she has a very bad night if she is overtired. She has them more frequently in the summer when she's been more active.

MY daughter unfortunantly has them every night.
But last night she slept better than she had in months. She woke up once to go potty and that was it! Im absolutely thrilled that all we needed was this natural meds!!
