My son, 7, made Diva a sandwich of turkey and cheese with mayo. She has taken a liking to mayo (and ranch dressing). So we ran out of that last week. He only recently started making his own sandwiches, so he's happy to make hers (under her watchful 2 year old supervision). He instead makes her peanut butter and jelly. She insists (with a temper tantrum) that she has to have mayo, too. We give in.

Next day, she wants peanut butter, but no jelly. Add mayo. GROSS! I'm ready to barf at this point, because I only like mayo on things like BLT, and I can't take a lot of mayo. The smell makes me ill.

So now she requests p-nut butter and mayo sandwiches.

She'll probably be like my sister and put ketchup on eggs. ick!

What weird tastes do your munchkins have?

I put ketchup on my eggs.

My girls love Spaghettios which I think are gross.

My girls are happy eating ketchup which I think is odd. When they are done with their fries, hot dogs, etc they will just eat the ketchup.

My 2 year old loves hummus but he will just eat it plain and not even dip anything into it. I think that is kind of odd. He also loves dill pickle slices and will eat 10 of them at a time if you let him. And both of my boys will polish off the ketchup by itself if there is any left on the plate. Yuck! I can't really think of anything else strange at the moment....

An old M and M that we didn't know was left on the ground.

My son Dieter loves to mix in RAISINS and jalpanos (sp?) on his Spätzle! Talk about one weirdo kiddie, haha.

BBQ sauce and oranges. He had the sauce on his plate because he eats it with his eggs (learned from DH) and dipped his orange slice in it. He loves it! YUCK

Well, lets seeee.... Stuff from his nose.....ROFL! OMG that grosses me out SO much!!!!

My oldest is WEIRD as far as foods go, she is SO picky. She started this when she was a preschooler, but she will NOT eat a ham sandwich without ketchup on it. no cheese, just ham and ketchup. She won't eat mashed potatoes, and supposedly pork makes her gag. LOL

Anything dipped in yogurt! Peas, Lima Beans, String Beans, crackers, corn, you name it - it goes down better submerged in yogurt - but I am NOT complaining, its how we get those veggies in easily. She hasn't quite gotten the spoon yet, so it is easier for her to eat yogurt if she can pick it up, which is what we use these other foods for!
