Ok, I'm confused. Are you talking preschool or daycare? If you are talking daycare, I would say that the toilet problems should have been cleaned up, the clothes should have been returned promptly, etc.
Preschool...that is another issue. If my son had a bm accident at preschool I wouldn't expect the teacher to dump his poop, she is his teacher not his care provider. In fact, I'd rather that she didn't - I would think though that anyone would try to make sure the child did it themselves, whether daycare or preschool.
About the educational aspect, again is this a preschool or daycare? If it was a true preschool of course I'd be concerned about the teachers not being educated properly and they are teaching your children. In daycare...well, I'm not exactly sure how that works - yes I don't think they should be teaching your kids if they are not qualified, but if they aren't a 'school' per se, I wouldn't be happy about it, but I don't know how much you could really do about it.
About the inconsistencies in reports, this would neither be acceptable to me in preschool or daycare.
