I just found out about a great program called Dolly Parton's Imagination Library. If your community has a sponser you can get FREE books sent to your home each month for your child until they turn 6!
It is worth taking a look at to see if it is available in your community. Also if it is not in your community I believe they will tell you what you can do to get it in your community.
