Ice in milk is a MUST for me as well.

Maybe even just 'blend' her regular milk with ice, and make a milk 'slushie'?

We were going through a 1/2 gallon a day and I just dumped out a couple gallons of milk that expired because our milk consumption drastically reduced after the bottle was gone. I just keep offering it and at some point he'll hopefully start drinking milk again.
Now I know she isn't the most stubborn child in the universe. Hopefully they will get over it soon. You're right, we just have to keep trying.

So CONGRATS for getting her off the bottle! I say stick with it, it'll work itself out and you'll look back and be glad that you stayed strong.

Best of luck!!!
You're right, I can't go back. She is capable of drinking from a cup and I just have to wait it out.
