i just have to brag about my shy guy he had his taekwondo test today and his master was put in the hospital this morning so he was not there just the board of masters that teach at night so that made him really alot more nervous i told him just do everything that master bruce would have you do and he did so awesome even broke his board!! i think martial arts is really boosting his confidence.. so i just had to toot his little horn for him

That is great how this activity has opened him up from shyness.
