Mine gets up between 6:30 and 7:00......and it doesn't matter if she goes to bed at 10:00. That's just when she wakes up

DS is 23mo and has always been an early riser (6-6:30am). On very rare occasions, he would sleep until 7am. It wouldn't matter what time I would put him to bed, but he routinely goes to bed b/w 7:30-8:30pm.

DD is 5 and when she was at that age, she could sleep until 8-9am. DD's bedtime was usually 7:30pm.

My question is...how do you get him to bed THAT EARLY?? You lucky girl!

I would try a 8pm bedtime....see if there is any difference. Good luck!

You could also make sure his room is nice and dark - curtains or blinds closed, etc.
