I know not all laws apply to buses, BUT, he rides a sn bus that has seats for them! It is insane that she thinks it's ok to not put him in the seat simply b/c he is 4. Grrr....

if its a special needs bus i would think they would have them strapped in for safety anyway.

Right, its not a traditional bus more of a large van!

Update,His mom called the station and spoke to the main supervisor he apoligized and assured her the driver WILL have him in a car seat the rest of the year
