My husband says things like that too, but I think I have it pretty good. I get more sleep than him, and I've only got one baby who takes a nice long nap most days. I have plenty of time to surf the internet and read and do things I like to do, and sometimes I do those before doing things around the house But he doesn't notice when I do get everything done, so there. I'd rather be home with no appreciation than be working at his job (especially 11 hours a day, 6 days a week like it is right now).

I just saw this post and i have not read the others as of yet......

It must be in the air though. My "d"(not dear) husband told me a couple days ago that i do NOTHING and he does EVERYTHING. Ouch!!! I wanted to say to him...so when you have a stupid pair of sweatpants to put on your butt every day and when you don't sit in pee when you go to the bathroom where YOU and YOUR BOYS missed the target......gee who the heck do ya think takes care of that.

Just because you unload the dishwasher and the house isn't spick and span.....i now do nothing?

Anyway sorry to hijack your post with my vent....Like i said it must be something in the air because my husband said something hurtful and stupid too.

Men! lol You know, when my DH has said things like that in the past....I have thought "I'll show you exactly WHAT I do..." and think in my head that I'll stop doing absolutely everything so he'll see what I do. BUT that only last about a day because it drives me crazy not having the stuff done and I KNOW that it will be ME who has to clean it all up afterwards and really make more work on myself!
