Does anyone have the Rose Petal Cottage? Are you pleased with it? Is your child pleased with it?

I typically do not buy large items for the girls but Lydia keeps asking for a house. Her 3rd birthday is coming up and I'm trying to figure out what to get.

I like the cottage because it looks like it stores easily and has lots of cool accessories. However, I have learned that less is more.

We have it and we love it. I think it was one of my best purchases. DS(6) and DD(23mths) play with it. We have all the accessories except the chair and table set. It comes apart easily and stores well. DS and DD have tea parties in there. They are getting the Cherry Blossom Market that goes with the set for christmas. Get it and you won't be dissapointed. I hope your dd and you enjoy it.

I was thinking about getting the mega pack and saving some of it for Christmas.

My oldest is 5.5 so hopefully she will enjoy playing with it, too.

I did check out Amazon, TRU, and a few other sites for reviews but wanted some mommysaver opinions.

We have it also. We bought it for DD 3 yrs. old and she loves it. It definitely keeps her happy and occupied. She loves the thought of her own house!! It would be easy to pull apart and store, if she'd ever let us!!!

we dont have that one but we have a littel tykes playhouse and my 8 yr old stil plays in it and has since she was 2~ not as much but her and her friends still go in it all the time my 6 yr old loves it as well
so a playhouse is a fun investment

I think she will enjoy it. The washer will probably be a huge hit. They love to help me with laundry.

I LOVE the Rose Petal Cottage! I bought it for my neices to play with here at our house and they LOVE it. They are so cute with it...I got it last Christmas - hmm...they are now 4, 5 and 7 and they want to play with it first thing when they get here. It's a great set, with so many great accessories, it's really such a great toy for creative play IMO.
