Unapproved traders are leaving feedback for approved traders which obviously means they are trading "behind the scenes". If that's what the approved traders continue to do, that's their business. However, unapproved traders will not be allowed to post feedback for other traders nor will they be allowed to have their own feedback thread until they have reached the 50 post minimum AND have been approved by a bartering board moderator.
