Has anyone had a successful IUI? I will hopefully having my first this week and am feeling both nervous and hopeful.

I didn't know what it was, so I Googled it. For anyone else wondering, here it is, IUI.

IUI-Intra-uterine Insemination. I have never had it done but my cousin actually had this done a few times before finally getting pregnant with twins about two years ago.
