well i had another checkup yesterday and my ultrsound showed i hained 3cm of fluid so i'm up to a whopping 10 cm of fluid. but hey it is a step in the right direction guess all this boring laying around is having some good effect. now if i can make it around 8 more weeks with out any problems i will be in good shape... can't wait until mondays appt(hey its the only time i get to go anywhere lol)....just had to share i was glad it was not bad news....

Yeah! This is such good news. Hang in there. I know that bed rest can suck but it will be all worth it in the end!

I'm so happy you're doing better! Bedrest really helped me too, as hard as it can be sometimes. Soaking in the tub is also supposed to be good for regulating amniotic fluid levels. I used to read for an hour or more in a warm bath every day.

I haven't used this website, but have heard it's great for bedrest. Hope you're still hanging in there.

Oh 10 is excellent! That's a long way from too low so if you keep this up you'll make it no problem! That's great news!
