So what did you want with each pregnancy? With my daughter I wanted a boy. I swore it would be a boy. But when we did the ultrasound, sure enough it was a little girl. This pregnancy I want another girl, but I know my luck would give me a boy. LOL! Why did you want what you wanted with each reason? With this one, I have all the girl clothes and stuff from my daughter. I would much rather have another girl so we can put that to use and not have to spend all this money on baby boy stuff. Either way I will be happy with what the Lord sends us. Whatever happens, happens for a reason. I am eager to know what you girls wanted and got though, so share already. LOL!

First time around, I wanted a girl, and got one. Second time around, it didn't matter. I thought for sure I was having boy/girl twins, but it turned out to be identical girl/girl twins. I wouldn't trade any of my sweet girls for anything! Though, the twins are both telling me they want a baby boy now. YIKES! Not sure dh and I are ready for another baby at this point. I feel like my hands are pretty full with the 3 I do have!

Wanted a girl both times, got boys both times. God knew what I needed though and I wouldn't trade my boys for the world. Of course, come time for #3 we will be rooting for a girl again! On the other hand, I am starting to realize that there will be many advantages to having a third boy .

This time dh wanted another boy, dss and ds wanted a boy, dd wanted a girl, and i was still shocked to be prego and didn't care. WE are getting a boy, poor dd.....although now she runs around saying 'i will just be daddys only little princess and get whatever i want'

Well since this is our first we don't have prior experience to share but we are both hoping for a boy. Which seems to shock people that I'm not hoping for a girl. It will be the first grandchild on my side and great grandchild for my dad's family. However my dh already has 3 neices so if its another girl, that's a lot of girls.

I just think it would be great to have a boy as the oldest. And if I had to pick and only got 1 gender forever I would pick boys. Being a girl, I know how difficult we are! Not to say boys aren't but in a different way.

DH wanted a boy both times, but what guy doesn't want a boy? I wanted a girl first & got a girl & the second time we had another girl. I want a third child & want to try for a boy, but DH is happy with his girls. He doesn't want another child, but said if i ever got pregnant again, he'd take whatever we had.

We really wanted a girl first time around (DH REALLY wanted a Daddy's little girl) we got her! Second time I wanted a boy, and got a boy. I wasn't sure I'd be good with boys, but helped with my nephews from the time they were infants, taking one of them every weekend I could, but weekends are much differnt than your own! I love how different (and sorry, but easier) little boys are from little girls!
