Well I am 6 months prego now, and I have been noticing that when i wake up in the mornings i have a white thick drop of stuff on my nipples. It is very thick and there is just a bit of it. I produced milk early with my other two (i was having to pump about 12 oz a day for the last month of pregnancy) but i don't remember this stuff.
Anybody else have this?

It is very possible that you are producing already, especially since this is not your first pregnancy. I am surprised that you pumped during the end of your last pregnancies though as this can cause premature labor! And, 12 oz. is quite a bit. A lot of women leak during their last few months of pregnancy though. It is fairly common and mostly at night when the breasts are not "bound" by a bra. If you start to notice leaking during the day, you can wear breast pads in your bra to prevent leak-throughs.

WEll I have my apt. today, so we shall see. I was not too thrilled about having to pump myself........never a big fan of the pump, it hurt my boobs. I had a huge painful lump in my armpit and was constantly leaking. I went to my ob and i had a breast infection, he said that i could either pump to keep it cleared out or dry em up. I pumped because i wanted to nurse so bad. The stopped labor once with my oldest and they enduced early with my second.
I will let y'all know how it turns out.

I was leaking at 19 weeks. The Dr told me it was perfectly normal!
