I think my little one is dropping. I use to be uncomfortable most of the day due to a foot in my ribs but now her feet are lower. I use to feel her little head hitting the top of my hip but now I feel it about mid hair line down there. Now I have to use the bathroom more often and I really have not had that problem until now.

I am enjoying her foot being out of my ribs...planting flowers and cleaning things that were hard to do with a foot pressing on my liver or lung...but slightly concerned. Any one else drop this soon? I will be asking my doctor about this during my next appointment but that is a week or so away.

Yep. Every baby is different. My son dropped at 27 wks. My dd never dropped until I was in labor. Just keep an eye out for how strong contractions are. I was put on bedrest, not for the drop, but for the pressure. But 32 weeks isn't bad. If you are worried, or have weird sensations, you can still call on Tuesday and they will ask you some other questions.
They may want to do a non-stress test to see if you are contracting at all.

I know what contractions feel like and I am not having any. I had tons on Braxton Hicks with the first one but none with this one yet...what I thought were BH earlier in my pregnancy was a baby that likes to float in my rib cage on a set schedule. She liked to try to pry my ribs apart and they felt bruised half the time. Boy does it ever feel good to breath or cough without saying ouch

I can finally bend over half way and still feel comfortable, plant flowers from a sitting position and put dishes on the top shelf of our cupboards without saying ouch at night

Guess we better get out to the store next week and get her crib out of lay away, get her a car seat and other basic supples.

Yes, every baby is different. My dd1 actually turned at 34 weeks into the breech position. One night I woke up to go to the bathroom and as I turned to put my foot on the floor I had what felt like a really bad cramp in my stomach. When I looked down at my belly it was flat and didn't think to much of it as I was half asleep. When I went to the doctors a few days later for my check up they told me that she was breech. She also told me that since she had enough room to flip once that she may flip back. I tried music on my belly and everything. No such luck. She was born at 38 weeks via c-section.

Good Luck!

Your baby may not have "dropped", but may have just flipped around! Glad to hear you're more comfortable!!
