Happy but Bummed...

So yesterday was quite a day!!! I found out that two of my very close friends (we're neighbors with one and used to be neighbors with the other but she lives close by so we still hang out all the time) are PREGNANT!!! I am SO happy for them but at the same time, bummed out because we have been trying to coceive #2 for over 2 years now. All three of us (my friends and I) have been TTC for a while and I guess 2 out of 3 is good, but its no fun being the one that isn't. I have an appointment with a fertility specialist but its not til the middle of this month and I really wanted to be pregnant with my friends. I know it sounds childish, but I feel left out!

The good news is that DH is FINALLY completely on board with trying and not just "letting it happen". He said he wants to go to the fertility doctor (little does he know I already booked the appt

) and wants us to make an effort to have sex every other day. So...I know it might seem silly but if you could pray for us for baby #2, I would really appreciate it!! I am SO ready!!!!

Going to a fertility specialist...you may end up with more than one!!!! I am sending you all the good luck I can muster! Stay positive and I just know this will happen for you!

I have felt your pain! When I was TTC #1, everyone around me was turning up pregnant, it was so hard to go to some of those baby showers (had to, they were family!

). My specialist was amazing, I wish you the best of luck

Honey I know EXACTLY how you feel! I've been fighting depression over this and I have to go see a friend this week that is a month from due.. I just got negative blood test results after being 8 weeks late for my period, so I'm really fighting off depressive emotions right now.. MIL talked to DH about me going to see a fertility doctor, so that may be in the works for us too. Sending prayers your way!!

Thanks so much for the support and prayers! I really can't wait to go to the Dr because I can't make heads or tails of my cycle. I haven't had a true period since May except for spotting here and there and all my tests are negative. I started the spotting again last night so I don't know what's going on.

I just want to figure this out so we can have a plan and get cookin!

Rachel & Amanda, I'll be praying for you too!!

Maybe the three of us will get pregnant at the same time!!

Good Luck with your visit to the fertility doctor! We had great results with our doctor and got 2 beautiful children in the end! Let us know how everything turns out!

I can relate to your feelings. You don't want to feel jealous or any other negative thoughts about all the ones around you that are pregnant, but you want to be the one that is too. I am there with you. I want a baby SO badly. We had a miscarriage three years ago and haven't used anything for prevention since then and still haven't gotten pregnant. We have been to my ob and he checked dh for his sperm stuff and me for a HSG, which is a little uncomfortable and it was all fine. I know God knows best and He is the one in control. However, my patience is running thin! I hope we all get pregnant soon, and have another baby boom!
