What themes did you use for your baby's nursery? How early in the pregnancy did you begin planning and decorating the nursery? Any pics to show the rest of us?

*I'm just asking here, guys. Not planning a nursery personally, yet.

Well, I onlyused a theme for our first born. e new we were having a boy, so I chose Blue Jean Bear. It can be found at Walmart and such. The rest of the kids have had to share rooms, so they just get mix and match type things. I still have the Blue Jean Bear stuff, I just haven't usedit in about 5 years!!

Disney, Disney and Disney...for all three of them. I am a HUGE Disney fan. Mickey Mouse for my ds, and when he got older it transitioned to the Lion King. And Winnie the Pooh for both girls. First one was modern Pooh, and Second was Classic Pooh.

All the nursery's were ready before the babies were born, but can't remember how early...at least three months or so I think.

I started planning the nursery before I even was pregnant, Though most things I planned never came to pass.
With my first we painted the whole room clouds, ceiling and all. Then we hung airplanes, and a cute canopy above his bed.
with my second which was a girl, we moved my ds over to the next room and replaced the airplane theme with flower boxes and angels.
My ds's room we made a big tree going up the wall into the ceiling and his bed is under. He wanted a Disney Cars room so we hung some posters and a bedspread.
We figured we could so a lot with both rooms without having to pain again.
Sorry, I don't know how to post pictures!

Winnie the Pooh for 1st dd
Butterflies for 2nd dd

All were ready about 2 months before they came because I had the problem of going into premature labor so we were always ready

Well when we moved into our home one of the rooms were baby blue with the John Lennon Musical Parade wall paper border. We used it as a playroom but made it into a nursery. I bought a used Kidline nursery set (Malawi) that has jungle/zoo animals and made some animal plaques and called myself done I figure we can keep Claires room that way until she is a bit older...I figure we can transform it into a Go Diego Go/Dora room at some point.
