I really bad preeclampsia with my first dd...they induced me at 36 weeks because Iwas soooo bad....I didn't have the trouble with my last on 4 yrs ago...just had a little bit at the end but nothing like dd1...so hopefully you can have another one and you wont be working when you do become preg. and you wont have the stress to help aggrievate the bp....I was working also when I had dd1 and I was sahm with the last one...so maybe that was the difference..Good luck anyway with your appointment......I never did go back after I had my dd and she just turned 4 in June....I know it is a no no...but...I just didn't go
