Can someone help me find the post regarding a very faint line on a pregnancy test. I can't remember who posted that or when it was posted. Does anyone else remember???

It said that she took a pregnancy test and the positive line was very faint hardly there.

If there's a line at all, you're pregnant. It's testing for a hormone. So if it's present at all, it will show a line.

I had a barely detectable line and baby girl #2 about 9 months later...

well....I took a test yesterday and saw a very faint line....but it was definetly there. So I repeated again today....cause I thought maybe I was just seeing things......and again the line is there but it's very faint. When should I try again??? I don't want to get my hopes up...although every other test I have ever taken has never had a second line...not even a faint one. I'm excited but very scared to get my hopes up.

does your gyn do free tests?? I would visit them first thing tommorrow morning just to be sure, but I think you are pregnant!!

I only got a faint line with all of my pregnancies. You're definitely pregnant girl! You can test again in 5 or so days and the line should be brighter, but I'd save the money.... 'cause you're pregnant!!!! CONGRATS!

With my last DS I tested about 4 days before I was even late because I had that "feeling" that I was pregnant. With my last 2 kids I knew way before I ever tested and was right both times. I also had the faint line. I then went to a Planned Parenthood that week on the day they offered free pregnancy testing and they confirmed what I already knew. So I agree with they other ladies if you have even a faint line it is picking up your HCG level and it can only do that if you are pregnant. (I think thats the right hormone!)

I'm going to test again in 5 days and see what happens. The funny thing is that I just wento to see the dr on Thursday and she put me on Clomid. She didn't test me because my period isn't technically late. I have been irregular for the last 3 years..........I went on Weight Watchers in February and have lost 24lbs since then....and ever since February my period has been pretty much regular except for this month....it still hasn't come....it usually shows up between the 6th and 8th...and so far nothing. It's very difficult to keep this to myself....I don't want to tell DH about this....if it's not true he will be heartbroken as we have been trying for 3 years now. Friday the 17th is my birthday.....I'll try again then. That would be the best birthday present ever. I'm so glad to have you ladies to talk to about this....otherwise I may have gone crazy. Thank you for all your support and send all your baby dust this way. I'll keep you posted.

You do be preggo. Congratuations...yes, a line is a line. A blood test would make you feel more secure, though!
