I don't know if anyone has suggest this but this is what I did and LOVED.. I wore ny nursing night bra (light weight fabric criss cross style loved them) with a night gown or jammie set that had buttons on the neck line. I would unbutton it and it worked perfect sometimes I would have to buy the jammies a size to large to get it to un button enough.

I just wore a night gown i was comfortable in that has buttons in the front and still do, but i sleep naked now.

I wear a skinny tee or tank top to bed. I tend not to leak after my body gets regulated. I used a towel below my pillow until I stopped leaking.

I like the nursing tank, too. That worked great. Or just a t-shirt w/ nursing bra.

This is what my sister used as well. I bought her 3 nursing night gowns at Motherhood Maternity and they were a pain to wear, she only tried each once and then did the tank top with the bra built in, said it was easier and worked better. Just take a robe to the hospital to cover yourself with.
