Default Leg cramps

For me the worst part of pregnancy was the leg cramps I would get at night. Make sure you drink lots of water-helps keep them away. And here is a tip from a coworker whose sister is a ballerina---when you feel them coming on flex your leg. It worked for me.

I got them really bad too. My Dr. told me to eat bananas. I think it's the potassium (sp?) All I know is that it helped!

Definitely drink lots of water to help keep them away. I agree too when I will feel them happening I just flex my foot and it makes the pain stop.

I too heard the thing about bananas helping but I can't stand them so I never tried it!

Yep water, bananas, and milk. The flexing thing helps a ton too. I hate when they sneak up on my when I'm sleeping though, that's the worst!

Eek! I got those too and they hurt so bad. It does help to flex them though.

I hate leg cramps!
It's funny though, I didn't know bananas helped. I am not a banana eater, but I have been craving them with this pregnancy.
