I have this right now eventhough its not painful but I can tell its getting bigger. I've been doing a lot of housechores so I'm always on my feet everyday chasing a toddler and going up and down the stairs. I've been exercising about 30-45 mins a day just walking so I guess its overwork. I've been reading some articles and it says you get swollen feet close to your due date. I'm not even close to my due date. I'm 27 wks now is it possible you can still get it early?

With my first pregnancy I got swollen feet early and it was because I had high blood pressure and pre-eclamsia. If it doesn't get better you might want to see your doctor to rule it out.

I was really swollen with my first pregnancy, because I was on my feel most the daty while at work. I haven't had any swelling (well, in my feet that is! ) with my this one yet.

My midwife told me to eat cucumbers, and prop them up whenever possible. The cucumbers really helped a lot! Good luck!

I swelled very bad I started swelling at about 5 1/2 months, my blood pressure was fine and I wasn't on my feet all day long. They were so swollen that if you touched them there would be an impression left. My remedy was that my husband would rub my feet for 30 minutes every night. I miss that.
