Do you own a baby monitor? If so did you use it.

I had a funny story with mine. I set it up and took the hand held with me to the basement while I was doing laundry. All of a sudden I hear a man talking, and it sounded like it was coming right from her room where she was napping. I went at a dead run up the stairs, grabbed a knife while flying through the kitchen, ran down the whole and threw open the door to find no one. Turns out it was picking up my neighbors cordless phone---that's who I heard. I never used the monitor again--felt creepy listening to his conversations.
