I loved my boppy with all three of my kids. With my first, I was extremely sore after giving birth, and it worked as a great cushion that didn't put pressure there when I sat down.
I guess the boppy was more helpful depending on the chair I was in. I also used it to lay the baby in for pictures and as they got a little older and wanted to see what was going on around them.

I haven't really like the Boppy that much. I prefer pillows under my arm when I am nursing. I have used the Boppy more for letting the girls sit up in it when then were little. I got it as a gift, so I am glad I didn't waste my money on it.

We don't have the Boppy nursing pillow, but we do have the Boppy lounger and Boppy swaddler...both have been life savers for bed time. For breast feeding I LOVE My Brest Friend.
