A friend of mine gave me her old Baby B'jorn. It's an older one, so it doesn't have all the same straps as the newer ones do. The problem I seem to have is that I can't get the bib part (the upper part) snapped where it needs to be. The snaps are under my arms, and it appears that my breasts are too big to get it to snap there (with the baby in it). I don't know if there's any other way to adjust it in order to make it work????

It works okay the way it is. I mean, the baby is not going to fall out or anything. I just can't get that part that has the armholes (what they refer to as the "bib") snapped, so it pulls on MY spine more, and I have to be careful when I bend over to get something out of the dishwasher, or whatever.

Any ideas? I just have a hard time believing I'm too big to use this thing (yes, I'm a DD on top, but I'm not big anywhere else!), but I don't know how to adjust it any differently.

Well, I got him in, and it's all snapped, but the instructions say the crossbar should be at the base of your shoulder blades, but mine is resting at the top of my shoulder blades, so it's still pulling on my spine. Maybe I just need to get a wrap?
