What were some of things you thought were or were not going to happen during your first trimester that just ended up not being true...............

Morning sickness. I never threw up, but I had all day nausea. Usually felt better in the mornings.

That it was going to be miserable. Mine wasn't that bad really - a little tired, some nausea that's it.

My rude awakening was the 2nd trimester. There's a WHOLE lot of stuff that wasn't true for me - for instance the whole thing that it's oh-so-wonderful. If my third is worse than my second, this will be an only baby (I'm 24 weeks, spent 14-18 weeks in and out of the hospital, I'm throwing up on and off constantly, LOTS of problems, heart problems etc). Everyone told me the 2nd was wonderful...liars!

Yeah, morning sickness was not MORNING sickness, it was ALL DAY sickness. How disappointing!
