Did you take the classes? If so did you find it helpful?

I took the class when I was preg. with DD1, but after that I did not. I found that it was EXTREMELY helpful. I learned a lot and was educated more than I could be just by reading a book. I am the type of person who likes to "learn by sight" and not just by words. I am happy that we did it! I think it was worth every penny for the first pregnancy.

I took the class and it helped me a great deal with both deliveries. I don't think i could have done it natural if i didn't have the breathing techniques that i used.
