I found with my 2 that it depended on how long they slept without nursing at night as to how long I could go without pumping during the day. The longer they slept at night without waking up to nurse, the longer I could go without pumping during the day. I guess my body just got used to it?? I could usually skip one time nursing at around 3/4 months, but need to nurse the next time the baby would have been due to eat. That would give me about 6 hours without needing to nurse the baby or pump.

Also, I'd just dump the milk instead of trying to save it. Too much of a hassle, not to mention the safety factor if it isn't properly refridgerated.

Great advice here!

Another alternative is to hand express. Many women do just as well (if not better) using hand-expression than using a pump. If you get good results with hand expression, you wouldn't even need to take a pump!

Disneyland has a baby station next to the first aid station. I know that if you ask nicely the first aid station will let you keep milk in their fridge, and the baby station has a place to pump privately. I think you can keep your pump there too, or else there are lockers nearby.

Have fun! I love disney.
