Drink lots of water. Eat lots of nutritional food. Caffiene will slow down production. Just keep having the baby try and nurse as much as possible. By the way you don't usually have to stop breastfeeding the baby while you are on medications unless the dr says otherwise. They do have medications that are safe you just have to ask the dr. So you know for in the future.

in addition to what was already said she needs to have the baby to the breast as much as possible. that will help bring back supply.

I took Reglan (after my OB reluctantly wrote me a script) and it helped a lot. not enough...though, we quit breastfeeding at 3.5 months. I had TWO, yes TWO nasty bouts with Mastitis back to back and it just ruined breastfeeding for me with my daughter. a day or two without nursing much can reek havoc on a wonderful nursing situation. it was sooooo painful.

anyway...she can eat oatmeal, take fenugreek, and def. def. drink TONS Of water.
