I met someone that named her daughter Cody. I had never heard someone naming their daughter that before.

A lot of these names are in my DD's kindergarten class, so I guess I never thought they were that unusual. Axel, Hunter (girl), Nevaeh, Bergen (girl). She also has classmates named Sage and Wren, which aren't that unusual, but not very common.

i have pretty unusual names for my girls
my 5 year old is Jaelyn
and my 7 month old is Jamisyn (Jameson) but we call her Macy

my oldest dd is EmmaRose Evelyn and the youngest dd is Presley Rain, not too weird or unusual, My dh worked w/ a girl who named her son Bo Remington.........yup!!

and in Alabama there was a mom who named her kids Orangejello and redjello pronounced or-an-gelo and regilo

My sister named her DD Kalea & her son Apollo. I thought they were weird at first, but I'm used to them now. She's pregnant again & due in March, so I wonder what she'l come up with next.

If we ever have a girl, DH and I finally agreed on Avigail.

I had a couple girl friends in college with interesting names, too...
Asha (long A sound in the beginning)
China (yup, like the country) and
Minta.
None of them were related, by the way.
