me too. I really need to make this a priority. I just can not wrap my mind around it. And, I don't know who would take my kids. I cannot even get my husband to help me talk this through. He's sort of superstitious about those things.

Thanks for the info ladies and for the perspectives. Def. don't want my child to be a ward of the state!!! Now I just have to convence DH and then find a lawyer and get it done.

Waiting on our second bundle of joy to arrive January 2009!

We don't have a will yet, which is very stupid on our part! We have life insurance and the girls will be taken care of financially but we have nothing legally written down.
