AyeOhKay I am a 36-year-old SAHM. I enjoy home teaching my four children - Daniel (12 yo), Andrew (9 yo), Stephen (7 yo) and our little surprise, Emily (3 yo). I previously worked as an on-call lactation counselor and enjoy volunteering my time with several family-oriented organizations. Our lives were recently turned upside-down when I was emergently operated on for a malignant brain tumor. Post-radiation/chemo scans look promising! So, we are trying to settle back nto "life as normal."

I reside in southern Indiana with my wonderful DH of 15 years. Our family enjoys tent camping and fishing, studying martial arts (I have a brown belt), and playing board games. I especially enjoy reading, traveling and watching movies. I happened upon Mommysavers while searching for online shopping codes and have enjoyed the site ever since! Mommysavers is a community where anyone can find new ideas, seek advice and share with other mothers! My best frugal advice is to know your own priorities and live accordingly. Keep your budget in check, and, when you are out of debt, stay out!

Hi! I'm Mandy and I am one of your moderators. I LOVE Mommysavers and saving money!!! I have been married to DH for almost 15 years. Whew! We have recently adopted our 1st child, a little girl from Ethiopia. We are also the proud, proud parents of 2 furry babies, Tasha and Oreo. (Some believe they are "dogs", but we know better.)
