High everyone. I was wondering if anyone had any advice for me. I'm due at the end of Jan and my morning sickness is coming back. I think some of it's due to my acid reflex. I get it in the afternoon through the evening time. I eat small meals and don't eat close to going to bed but this doesn't seem to help. I still get horrible acid reflex and it keeps me up at night. I have tried the watermelon trick and that has helped some for while. However it doesn't help much anymore.

I'm also starting to feel very weak and tired. It's starting to make it really hard with the Holiday season on us and all. I still work full time and I'm exhausted by 12pm. Work still works me as if I'm not pregnant at all. There isn't much I can do about this because I'm Military. There is a light at the end of the tunnel. I'm getting out of the Military in a month. But what do I do until then?

Any hints, advice or anything would be great.
Thank you

When I was pregnant, I had the same thing for a long time.

At the same time, I couldn't understand why I craved chocolate milk (the ready-made kind in the dairy section), since I've been allergic to milk since childhood. At any rate, I drank it and it helped with the reflux. Turns out, milk (regular or chocolate) is said to help some mothers with reflux or acid indigestion, according to my midwife. So, my body knew what it needed!

My midwife also said that lemonade is known to help some women, too.

Good luck and congratulations!

I used to get reflux from milk so I tried Fruit Tingles, the lollies like Life Savers.
They make you burp a bit and you feel so much better.

Hmmm...I've been wanting lemon stuff, maybe I'll make up some lemonade. Went to a business dinner with a friend, and was demolishing water with lemon - made the waiter bring me more lemons :D

I took Tums and ate bananas for the acid reflux. Needed the extra calcium anyway, during pregnancy, especially to avoid leg cramps. If you tell your Dr. about how tired you are, he/she may write you an excuse for rest from work.
