As long as you have checked to ensure it hasn't been recalled, and ensure it's clean, and all the parts, including the screws are there, then yeah. I recently actually donated my $400 crib that was in basically unused condition. Why? DS used it very little, and ended up sleeping w/us. We never even set it up for DD, with her strong personality. So we had a beautiful, new crib we donated.
There was a post I put on here from Craigs list where the parents said that - new, set up, but their daughter refused to sleep there so they were selling it. It's hard to return them after you've been trying to get them to use it for 3 months, and giving up after 6 months.
