Does anyone else's breastfed baby get fussy and spit up more than usual when you consume chocolate? I don't want my baby to get gassy and have an upset tummy and I think it is because of my love for chocolate. He has had a touch of colic from the start though. Anyone have this experience?

I was going to suggest that caffeine sometimes causes a problem. One way to check is to buy a Hershey's bar. The first day eat one square, the next day eat two, the next three and so on. That way you may be able to tell if it's the chocolate and you'll be able to tell what his tolerance level is.
