ok ive been on bcp since our son was born in 2005. in sept,oct,and nov i missed a good bit of my bcp, i even had bleeding in between. i completly stopped the bcp in nov. how long does it usually take to get pregnant? ive been havin really weird feelings in my tummy, and increased appetite but period isnt due till the 10th.

Two years ago, I took my last pills in december and tested positive in Feb. This was for my first and only child so far. Good luck!

They suggest at least 3 cycles for it to be out of your system, and recommend protection during that time, as some fertile myrtles can get pregnant quickly.

I have one pill baby (and yes, I took it every day!) and I got pregnant with my second the first month I went off the pill. Did someone say fertile myrtle? LOL!!

It took us exactly one year after stopping BC - and that was with keeping track of my cycle, which was super regular.
