We only gave water and milk in the sippy cups, we never did (actually still don't) give juice. I don't see the point and I don't understand why so many moms are always in a rush to give out juice. Water is much healthier.

I Don't see the point in not giving kids variety!

A Little bit of this and that hasen't Hurt any of my kids and I doubt it ever will !
My Older ones now prefer Plain COLD water over Juice.
Yes it is healthy but ...
When they are little , If It takes Juice to Keep their interest and keep em hydrated , than that is good!
We do
Apple juice with added water

Milk

Orange juice

Flavored waters

White grape with added water

Juicy juice all flavors

For breakfast sometimes my kids like yougurt Smoothies or yogurt Juice They Are good In sippy cups also.

I guess if you're really concerned with the juice thing. You could offer water and put fresh squeezed lemon or orange juice in the cup to help flavor the water.
