If you had your last period in January, you could just be late in ovulating. I've been pretty regular with my periods and this past fall, in October, I ovulated nearly 2 weeks late, which pushed my period back really far. I went almost two full months without getting another one. The cramps you had could have been linked to ovulating, which means you may get your period in another couple weeks. (depending on what your typical time span is between ovulating and menstruation) I don't know if you have heard of it before, but I do fertility charting. It's wonderful not just for tracking when you're fertile to either help you get pregnant or help you avoid it, but it has given me such a better understanding of my body's inner workings (as screwed up as they can be). I did know, by my charting, that I had just been late in ovulating, so where I normally would have started thinking "Ohh this could be it!" and buying a dozen HPTs, I watched my temps and cervical fluid and knew that I was just REALLY late. and when I finally did get that period? ack it was a doozy....
I'd make an appt with the doc if you dont get your period by the end of the month, which should give ample time for a late period, if that's what happened.
