I had my oldest 2 months before I turned 19 Got married 2 months after I turned 18 lol . Would I change a thing no way. I have learned so much that I think our timing was perfect cause it taught me how to grow on all levels and that the world was much more than I thought it was. Had my second at 26 I think lol and that was a good time too and then my son at 27 so I really have learned how strong of a person I am needless to say lol. Its no ones choice or say so on when you get pregnant so basically when your ready your ready and it doesnt matter if thats in your 20 or 30s or how it has been done in the family.

My DH and I dated for 5 years and were married when I was 29. We had our DD when I was 38. I am glad I had her when I did. I think we are more mature and financially stable now. If we had had her sooner, I would have been unable to be a SAHM. I do sometimes wish we had started a little earlier, as I wish I could have one more child. It looks like that is not going to happen now.

My Dh & I dated for 5 years and we got married when i was 23 (almost 24) and DH was 25. We wanted to wait until we were in a bigger house to get pregnant. I am expecting our first in 9 weeks. I am 28 & DH is 29.

Same here. We had decided that we wanted children after at least 3 years of marriage. Well, I got married in July (I was 18, he was 30) and by december I was already 6 weeks pregnant. DD was born at 8 months, on July 3 2006 and my first year aniversary was on July 11! Things didn't go as planned but were still a happy family. The only problem is he doesnt want anymore children and I do.

I had mine at 26, 28 and 29. I always said I wanted to be done by the time I was 30 and I made it with three months to spare. It worked perfect for us. We were able to pay off school loans, travel and buy a nice house while I was still working. Then I could stay home when the first was born. The 20's were for having babies and the 30's are MINE. I'm 31 and am almost to the rocking body I never had! I'm glad I had them when was pretty young.

Dh & I were 19 and 21 when we were married. I had two miscarriages prior to having out children -- the first one was due about 10 1/2 months after our wedding date (we would have been 20 & 22) and with the second, we would have been 22 & 24. Our twins were born when I was 25 and DH was 23. We thought we were through, but 9 years later, our youngest DD was born!

well with dd#1 I was 28 (dh was 32)and dd #2 she was born 2 days before I turned 30!(dh 34) (brought her home on my 30th birthday!~ best Birthday gift I ever got~)
and this one well il be 36!! dh will be 40 this time!!

dh and I got married when I was 20 and he was 22. We had the oldest 2 weeks before my 22 birthday. I think we were a bit too young, but would never change it. We just never stopped having them. I was almost 39 when my youngest was born!!! I don't think there really is a right way or wrong way. It is different for everyone.

Dh and I started trying to have children a year or so after we were married. He was 36 and I was 25. As it turns out it took us 5 years to concieve so he was 41 and I was 31. On one hand I wished we would have concieved when we first started trying so we'd be younger parents but at the same time we had some really great times together as a couple before we had our daughter. We went on some awsome vacations!

We were 23 when DD was born. We were 21 when we were married (we were married 6 months when we concieved, but we had been together since we were 15!)

We were probably the yougest to have kids, but this generation in our families all had their children before they were 25.
