For Mother's day DH gave me 20 dollars to buy myself something. Anyway I went to Big Lots and found a very cute medium sized diaper bag shaped like a bowling bag. It is chocolate brown at the bottom and then has a green background with a circle design. The circles are blue, brown and pink. Would this be all right to use for my baby boy's diaper bag? I still keep stuff in it for my toddler girl because she is still in diapers. I was going to give it to my cousin for her baby shower (she is having a girl). I think I will keep it and get her a different one. The best part is it only cost me ten dollars. It just has some small dark pink circles and bigger light pink with blue and brown. What do you think? I like diaper bags like I like purses. I wanted a spring medium size because I already have a big Jeep one that is blue camo. What do you think?

Its not that big of a deal if it has a little pink on it. Its not like anyone is gonna be examining it. Nor is anyone gonna care. If they have a problem with it oh well. I mean its just a diaper bag its not like your son is wearing a dress. I think people make such a big deal about pink and blue.

Oh, please. If that is the only thing you have to worry about - a little tiny bit of pink on a diaper bag, you are doing well in life. It isn't going to scar a baby boy for life.

Go for it!

LOL to both of you. Yesterday one of my BIL's wore a pink shirt. I figure it shouldn't matter that much it is just so cute. We have a guy from England in our church Middle aged and he said they used to put boys in pink because they thought blue would scare them. I am not sure how far back he is talking or if this is something they used to do in England but it is interesting.

If anything the diaper bag is more for the mom. Get something you like vs some diaper bag with an ugly cartoon character on it.

By my Fourth child I Had Bought a Big Black Very Chic Looking NON Diaper Bag , But it had all the Right Pockets and Compartments.

I Would never Buy a " diaper " Bag again.

If What You Got , is What You want to Carry. That is Perfect!!

They have come a long way in diaper bag design. They look more like cute and stylish purses now. Those are the kind I love. This bag is really cute and looks like a nice summer medium sized purse with side pockets and a changing pad and inside storage.
