I had a miscarriage a few years ago and it was what I expected - bleeding for several days until it was over.

I found out a little over a week ago that I'm pregnant again and over the weekend, I had a bleeding episode of about 10 minutes and passed some clots and possibly tissue as well. I thought I was miscarrying again and my doctor said it sounded like I could be and had me go in for a blood test. My levels are good and since I haven't bled since then, she thinks I may still be pregnant so I'm going in for an ultrasound to see if the baby is still there.

Has anyone had a similiar experience? Did you miscarry or did everything go fine afterwards with your pregnancy. I'm trying to be hopeful but don't want to get my hopes up too much in case I did lose the baby.

I have had miscarriages before, but none like yours. Since you didn't continue bleeding, you may still be pregnant. Wishing you the very best.

You really have to wait and see. There is a conditio called 'implantation bleeding' which is what you may have experienced. I know it is a scary time. Be gentle with yourself. Let us know what happens.

I did something like this with my daughter with no other poor experiences. It was just a brief period of bleeding. But of luck for you!

I bled for 2 weeks (from 6th to 8th week) with one of my sons. He's nine years old now. After that pregnancy, I spotted or had some sort of bleeding in the first trimester every time I was pg. Those all went to term. When I had miscarried before those pregnancies, the bleeding started suddenly and did not subside at all. Praying that all goes with with you and your little one.

I had bleeding early with one of my pregnancys and everything was ok. I have had 2 m/c's also so I understand what you're going through. Relax and hope for the best!

rest and take it easy ( HUGS )

I have had 3 miscarriages, but my horomone levels were dropping....since yours seems to be ok, that is a positive note!

It might have been implantation bleeding, since it was short lived. Many women bleed during the first couple of weeks.

take care
