My best advice is rectal stimulation. My neice would not have a bm on her own at all until she was over a year old. After seeing a gi dr being scoped and everything the only thing that ever worked for her was rectal stimulation. You take a qtip with vaseline and insert in her rectum and push on the sides and yes she will go pretty quickly. That or miralax which is over the counter and you put it in her juice or whatever she drinks and it will help her go it is very safe non addictive and not gonna hurt her my neice used this also as a infant. After a week with no bm she needs help going cause its getting dried out in there and can cause dehydration and a possible blockage from the hardened stools. I hope this can help you out.

I gave my DD warm water and Gripe water in the ratio of 1:1. I also used the suppository once. You get Little Tummies version gripe water in the stores. They do not advise this is in the US, but one of my Canadian friends recommended and it works like a charm.

Or, give an once of warm water. It loosens the stools.

If you didn't already, maybe the liquid glycerin suppository *you 'squirt' it into them,,,, works better than the 'semi solid sorta glycerin' suppository

I saw that you were interested in MIRALAX. Their website says ask a doctor for children under 16 years of age.
