I drank a lot of carnation instant breakfast milk chocolate! yum!!!
And I always craved fruit smoothies, but they got a little pricey so I would try to make my own in the blender- I would use bananas, frozen strawberries (or mixed berries), ice, yogurt & milk. Healthy & a nice treat to cool you down!
